Amanda Isaac, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from The University of Kansas and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She completed clinical experience under the supervision of Dr. James Sherman and Dr. Pamela Neidert while at KU. She gained further experience with Southeast Alabama Autism Center in Enterprise, Alabama. Amanda began providing services in northeast Kansas in 2015 and formed Inspire Therapy where she currently serves as the program director.  

As the program director, Amanda enjoys interacting with each Inspire Therapy family. She oversees all clinical treatment, conducts parent meetings, oversees all staff members, and provides supervision to BCBA and BCaBA candidates. Amanda strives to support each child in learning to navigate their world and find something to celebrate each and every day. When she is not at work, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband David and two kids Keith and Emerie.

Lauren Denham, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Lauren received her Bachelors of Science degree in General Studies from Wilmington University and a Master of Science from Capella University. Lauren finished her fieldwork while living in New Jersey and furthered her experience in the clinical setting at Expressive Beginnings in Enterprise, AL. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, Tenley and Laynie, and dog Rodeo.

Junction City

Deual Yochum, MOT, OTR

Deual completed his Bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology with a minor in Communications from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK in 2017. He went on to complete a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy degree at Northeastern State University as well. He and his wife were led to Kansas after his wife was accepted to Kansas State’s inaugural cohort of the Physician Assistant (P.A.) Program. Deual completed his fieldwork experiences in Kansas at a pediatric clinic and a rural hospital, and joined the Inspire team in September 2021. Deual was born with a disability, and Occupational Therapy helped him learn the functional skills he needed to be independent as a child. Now, Deual has a passion for helping children learn functional skills and strategies to explore their potential to the utmost. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his friends, being outdoors hiking, hunting, and fishing, and learning about the world of aviation with the goal of pursuing his private pilot license.

Emily received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Ambrose University and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Both before and while completing her fieldwork, Emily gained experience in the clinical setting both at the Junction City and Kansas City Inspire Therapy locations, before ultimately returning to Junction City to finish her coursework. When not at work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, visiting family, and attending concerts.

Brianna Bills, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Brianna completed her Bachelor’s degree majoring in Family and Child Services with a minor in Psychology in 2019. She completed her Master's in Behavioral Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis at Purdue Global. Brianna completed her fieldwork as an RBT through Inspire Therapy. Brianna has a passion for advocacy, support, and helping individuals and families with improving socially significant behaviors. In her time off, Brianna enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and 2 cats. She also loves to read, play video games, and play the piano in between learning how to better support the communities she serves.
